A Wide Variety of Products

Our Orchards
Currently the orchard consists of 325 acres of apples and 10 to 15 acres of peaches.  We also have plums and pears available.  Pick-your-own (P-Y-O) apples begin September 1st.  This summer, we will have our fourth crop from our P-Y-O peach orchard.  There will be a limited amount due to the young age of the trees.  Plums are available from July 4th through Labor Day and pears are available August through September.  For estimated fruit maturity dates, click here or call ahead for current availability and information on pick your own.

The Bakery
Visit our farm market bakery and get your fill of sweets to eat.  We offer a wide variety of baked goods daily including our famous Apple Cider Donuts.  We offer a variety of breads, cakes, pies and cookies. Fruits and Vegetables
We offer an array of fruits and vegetables grown on our farm and the farms of our neighbors.  We grow damsons and apricots which are often hard to find.  We have tomatoes, green beans, cucumbers, green peppers, hot peppers, squash, zucchini, spring onions, okra, eggplant, cantaloupe, and watermelon.  We offer pick your own strawberries, tomatoes, green beans, red raspberries, and blackberries in the summer.  In the fall, we have a wide variety of apples, pumpkins and winter squash.

Jams, Jellies and Dressings
We have a unique selection of jams, jellies, salsas, salad dressings, mustards, dips and apple butter.  We also have a "No Sugar" selection of jams and apple butter.  We feature local Virginia honey with and without combs.

Peaks of Otter Wines
Several years ago, we started selling fruit wines from the Peaks of Otter Winery in Bedford, VA.  These wines are fermented in apple juice and have a distinctly unique flavor.  We have 30 different selections, from elderberry, blueberry and peach to hot pepper wine.  Wine tastings are held on the third weekend of each month during our open season. Trickling Springs Dairy Products
We are again selling milk from Trickling Springs in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.  They also offer their own specialty ice cream. Milk is available in plastic containers.

Cider and More
We will have pasteurized apple cider during the entire season.  In the fall, we will stock fresh apple cider (flash pasteurized) from Rinkers Orchard in Stephens City, Virginia.  As you browse, you will find apple accessories and gift ideas in the many nooks and crannies of the market.  Feel free to make selections of "goodies" and have them placed in a gift basket for a wonderful present or holiday gift.
